Ave Maria is a master-planned community located in Collier County Florida. Ave Maria consists of approximately 5,000 acres. The town center, built around a beautiful Catholic church, has shops, restaurants and a small number of condos. A wide variety of neighborhoods fan out from the center – some gated with their own amenities, some 55+ active adult, some with bundled golf, etc. Construction of new homes and opening of new businesses continues today.
Ave Maria was founded in 2005 as a partnership between the Collier Companies and philanthropist Tom Monaghan, the founder of Domino’s Pizza. Tom Monaghan also founded the Ave Maria University, which first opened its doors to students in 2007. Ave Maria now has over 60 businesses, a water park, recreational parks, an indoor marketplace with local vendors, an amphitheater, dog park, playgrounds, a fitness center, and its own Publix.
Ave Maria is an idyllic town. The streets meander through neighborhoods, and are lined with sidewalks, mature trees and flowering plants. There are plenty of lakes and open spaces. There are 2 golf courses within Ave Maria, and 39 courses within 20 miles – 9 of which are public courses. The community is often considered part of Naples. Residents attend Naple’s A-rated public and private schools or the K-12 Donahue Academy located within the city of Ave Maria.

Avalon Park – Started in 2007, Avalon Park is a community of single family homes built by Pulte. When completed, there will be 390 properties; 9 home designs. Residences have between three and six bedrooms. Both single and two-story models are available. This community is not gated and does not have its own amenities. New construction is available.
Coquina at Maple Ridge – A neighborhood of one and two story homes by CC Homes, Coquina offers 18 distinct floor plans with high ceilings, modern cabinetry and smart technology. Residents enjoy the private The Club at Maple Ridge with its 10,000 square-foot clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, dog park, coffee bar, massage room and concierge, playground and kids room, and calendar of events set by the Lifestyle Director.
Del Webb - Del Webb Ave Maria is a developing 55+ active adult community built by the Del Webb division of Pulte. When completed, this gated neighborhood will consist of 2,000 attached and single family homes. Residents have access to The Oasis Club, a 12,000-square foot amenity center featuring a gathering and craft rooms, catering kitchen, café, state-of-the-art fitness center, movement studio, steam room, sauna, and locker rooms. there is a resort-style pool, lap pool and spa along with a spacious patio. Court sports include tennis, bocce ball, and pickleball. Residents have the option of joining The Panther Run Golf Club , designed by Gordon Lewis. There’s also a pro shop and practice greens. Emerson Park - A fully built-out community of one- and two-story single family homes, Emerson Park was developed by Pulte. This community is not gated and does not have its own amenity center. Rather, this community has use of the wide range of amenities offered by Ave Maria, such as their water park, and correspondingly, enjoys low HOA fees.
Maple Ridge - Maple Ridge is a community of single family homes constructed by CC Homes. There are single and two story homes available with 3 to 5 bedrooms. Residents of Maple Ridge enjoy the private The Club at Maple Ridge with its 10,000 square-foot Clubhouse, resort-style pool, fitness center, dog park, coffee bar, massage room and concierge, playground and kids room, and a full calendar of events set by the Lifestyle Director. Siverwood - A community by CC Homes, Silverwood is a development of single family homes inspired by Spanish architecture. Homes are one and two stories with 1,133 to 2,251 SF. Residents of Silverwood are able to enjoy The Club at Maple Ridge. New construction is available.
The National Golf and Country Club - "The National" is Lennar's newest bundled golf community in SW Florida. Five unique home collections are available in this gated, guarded community. There are single family homes and estate homes with long views of water and the golf course. There are also coach homes, villas and condos.
